Monika Sonu is a doctor, digital health entrepreneur, and a healthcare quality researcher, with more than 13 years of experience. She is the CEO & Director New Product Development at Healthinovationtoolbox. She is exposed to working with various public and private healthcare providers and driving operational excellence in multiple health systems across the globe. Her passion for the big picture thinking combined with the desire to understand and fulfil human needs allows her to be the glue between businesses, their products & services and the end users. She mentors various Health-tech startups for Technology Enabled Care & her multidisciplinary background spans design for policy, digital products, service design, operations excellence, and strategy. She has designed diverse IoT & AI based digital health products & her latest initiative is designing Smart Hospitals. She is an avid researcher in the field of healthcare quality & innovation. She holds a Master's degree from Cranfield University, UK and is an Alumni of IIM-K.
