Primary Care and Nutrition

Nutrition, jointly of the weather of PHC, could be a major determinant of health and growth. Nutrition and health aren't similar, however while not sensible nutrition health can't be optimum and Nutrition is at the center of effective primary health care, particularly for the physiologically vulnerable (pregnant and fresh mothers and their young children), and for the culturally or economically underprivileged, like teams thought to be socially inferior and for confused new slumdwellers

Good nutrition or optimum nutrition is obtained through a diet or a healthy diet, combined with regular physical activity, and could be a cornerstone of our health and well-being. Poor nutrition will cut back immunity, will increase susceptibleness to diseases, impairs physical and mental development, and reduces productivity
